What are the symptoms of Mesothelioma?

In its early stages, the symptoms of mesothelioma are few, making diagnosis difficult.  As the disease progresses, however, patients may experience any or all of the following mesothelioma symptoms:

1. •shortness of breath
   

2. •chronic cough
   

3. •difficulty swallowing
   

4. •hoarseness
   

5. •loss of appetite
   

6. •fever
   

7. •fluid in the chest cavity or around the heart
   

8. •abdominal mass or swelling
