The law firm is deeply committed to holding companies that pollute our air and water accountable for injuries that they cause in an effort to “save a few bucks”. We are currently litigating several hundred cancer cases against TXI Riverside Cement Co. for polluting the community with chromium 6 and causing a large number of injuries to the local residents.
