Howard A. Snyder was born and raised in California. He graduated from UCLA with a major in political science and a minor in psychology. He went on to further his education and obtained his degree from Loyola Law School in 1983. He passed the California State bar in 1983 and began his practice.

Howard is an avid outdoorsman, conservationist, and environmentalist. He spends his “off” time observing the humpback whales in Hawaii, hiking and skiing in the Sierra and Rocky Mountains, and surfing the California beaches. Being outdoors has led him to dedicate years of his time to help preserve and protect these national treasures.
